Returns
- You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as “Final Sale.”
How to Return
- Email us at info@dandar.ae within 7 days from delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect products.
Exchanges
- If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days—we will arrange a replacement or refund.
